Role Details
Position Summary...
Does the passion for solving complex business problems make you excited to go to work each day? Do you love manipulating data, storytelling and influencing others? If a challenge excites you, keep reading. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a robust metrics framework for the Information Security Human Centric Cybersecurity (HCC) program which tracks and drives progress, measures impact, and ensures the program is continuously improving and can demonstrate a return on investment.
The HCC team is looking for a driven, creative, self-starter to help influence the way people technically operate using data to positively change human behavior, reduce human risk, and instill a security mindset. This challenging position will include a broad set of activities, including, but not limited to end-to-end ownership, maturity, support, creation, and maintenance of the metrics framework and data, dashboards, and recommendations for areas of focus to drive positive behavioral change and improve awareness and engagement across the organization.
We are seeking someone with a strong innovative background who is curious and can turn hard data into actionable insights and compelling stories to inform key decisions and stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help solve some of the most pressing and challenging issues around instilling a culture of security.
You will meet new challenges every day, need to be ready to challenge the status quo, and try things others say cannot be done. To succeed in this role, you will need to think creatively and strategically about the program goals and strategy, identify the most promising opportunities to influence behavioral change and improve awareness and engagement, be able to provide the data in an easy to consume manner (with trending and focus areas), implement AI/ML into the frameworks for insights, and put together an optimal path for execution. The role requires hands‑on SQL and data analysis, automated dashboards, strong data quality rigor, and the ability to synthesize complex behavioral signals - leveraging AI/ML tooling where appropriate - into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. Your success will be measured by your ability to contribute to the maturity of the overall HCC program using robust metrics, clearly defined areas of focus, and your ability to create new and scalable solutions.
