  • Define automated commission and payout system ensuring transparent, reliable payments.
  • Build attribution and reporting infrastructure for clear visibility into creator-driven sales.

What we're looking for

  • Deep experience building multi-sided marketplace or platform products with proven ability to grow supply and enable demand at scale.
  • Expertise in affiliate marketing, creator monetization, influencer commerce ecosystems including commission structures and payout mechanics.
  • Track record of developing demand-side tooling for campaign management, audience targeting, and performance marketing with measurable impact.
  • Understanding of competitive creator commerce landscape and clear strategy for Walmart to differentiate and win.
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML-driven matching, ranking, recommendation systems, translating algorithmic capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
  • Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in A/B experimentation, funnel analytics, cohort analysis to guide product development.
