Role summary:
The Manager, Technology Operations, leads the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple complex technology projects aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires expertise in program management, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The manager fosters collaboration across teams, drives continuous improvement, and supports talent development while maintaining compliance with company standards. By leveraging data analysis and organizational strategy, this position contributes to operational excellence and the advancement of technology initiatives that support business goals and enhance overall performance.
About the team:
The Platform Stability organization ensures a seamless driver experience by maintaining accurate and timely earnings throughout the Spark Driver lifecycle. The Earnings Defect & Prevention function addresses earnings-related issues by collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Product, and Trust & Safety teams. This team detects and resolves anomalies, implements monitoring systems, and safeguards driver trust at scale. Focused on operational excellence, the group drives continuous improvements through effective project and operations management, clear communication, adaptability, and accountability to support reliable business operations and enhance overall platform stability.
What you'll do:
- Define and manage multiple medium to high-complexity technology projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop program plans, establish deliverables, schedules, and assign responsibilities to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain program health.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost control, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to communicate status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Build stakeholder consensus through clear, data-driven communication and influence decision-making.
- Support associate development through mentoring, coaching, and fostering a high-performing team environment.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control aligned to project delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making and risk mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of organizational strategy and technology landscape to support business priorities and operational success.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
