What you'll do

• Supervises and develops hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations.
• Leads company transformation initiatives by establishing guidelines and communicating business objectives effectively.
• Manages customer service efforts, including addressing complaints and implementing corrective action plans.
• Contributes to financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements and controlling expenses.
• Ensures proper functioning of automation equipment and coordinates with maintenance teams for unresolved issues.
• Trains Micro Fulfillment Center technology operators on proper usage and troubleshooting basic software errors.
• Executes operational decisions, including accept-reject choices on delivery or waste due to refrigeration breakdowns.

What we're looking for

• 4 years of site/area management experience in fast-paced warehouse or grocery fulfillment operations.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Experience supervising at least 5 direct reports with responsibilities for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
• Strong customer service skills and adherence to the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Knowledge of automation equipment and ability to provide technical guidance and maintenance support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent work experience.
