As part of the People Tech & AI team at a leading firm, you will lead the design and operation of scalable, secure platforms that integrate cloud infrastructure, conversational AI, data, and enterprise systems. As a Manager, you will mentor junior engineers while combining engineering expertise with leadership to deliver resilient solutions. Your daily responsibilities include fostering the growth of your team, maintaining security and scalability of AI-powered solutions, and collaborating across functions to achieve project goals. Ideal candidates have at least six years of experience in software or cloud engineering, including people management, and hands-on experience with Azure, DevOps, and enterprise integration patterns. This role requires a deep understanding of conversational bot architecture using Azure Bot Framework SDK and Composer, as well as the ability to work closely with product owners, UX designers, data scientists, and security teams to translate use cases into scalable platform capabilities.
