ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Trade Operations team.  In this critical role, you will be a part of the team responsible for supporting our customers, including broker-dealers, institutional clients, and registered investment advisors – during U.S. after-hours and overnight trading sessions (5:30AM to 1:30PM Manila, Philippines time zone)  

You will play an essential role in risk mitigation, ensuring seamless trade flow, and delivering an exceptional client experience.  If you are passionate about electronic trading, thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and have a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you! 

  • Monitor and Support U.S. After-hours and Overnight Trading Activities: Oversee client trading activity during U.S. after-hours and overnight sessions, ensuring efficient trade execution and accuracy.

  • Client Support: Act as a trusted first point of contact for resolving client inquiries related to order flow, trade execution, and system performance.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and respond to potential trade issues and operational risks with urgency; escalate issues as necessary.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with operations, technology, product, and compliance teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.

  • Market Knowledge: Leverage in-depth understanding of market dynamics, trading protocols, and regulatory requirements to provide strategic insights to clients.

  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain thorough and accurate updates, ensuring seamless handoff to the following day’s trading staff.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of trading, electronic trading, or trade support experience preferred; strong adjacent experience with clear, hands-on results may be considered.

  • FINRA SIE and Series 7; willingness to obtain Series 57 and Series 24

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Understanding of equity electronic trading, trading workflows, market microstructure, regulatory landscape, and order management systems

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively recognize potential issues/risks and drive timely, appropriate escalation to mitigate impact

  • Strong communicator who can convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner

  • Client-focused mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and sense of urgency.

  • AI fluency and solid data analysis skills with the ability to organize, manipulate, and interpret data a plus
