What you'll do

  • Use SQL and UNIX shell tools to query databases and prepare reports on data gathering tasks.
  • Update internal technical procedures and operational documentation under guidance from senior staff.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience required; internships or coursework in financial services or technology are beneficial
  • FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses required within the first 8 months
  • Basic familiarity with SQL or UNIX shell environments
  • Strong eagerness to learn financial market concepts, trading systems, and technical support workflows
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and customer interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
