As a Terraform Engineer at this company, you will join an innovative DevOps team and work on designing and automating scalable cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications on the Azure platform. Your daily tasks include partnering with architecture and development teams to deploy and provision Azure services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, configuring compute, networking, storage, and PaaS offerings, implementing monitoring and alerting solutions, enforcing security controls, and managing CI/CD pipelines. You will also develop backup and disaster recovery strategies while troubleshooting infrastructure issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Terraform, Azure cloud services, PowerShell scripting, Git version control, and Azure DevOps tools, along with a background in designing enterprise-scale cloud environments and implementing monitoring solutions like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
Design and review Azure Landing Zone infrastructure aligned with application requirements.
Deploy and provision Azure infrastructure using Terraform following IaC best practices.
Configure Azure services including compute, networking, storage, and PaaS offerings for scalability.
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system visibility and performance.
Enforce security controls such as IAM, access policies, and data encryption for compliance.
What we're looking for
6+ years of experience with Terraform for infrastructure development and deployment.
4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation tasks.
Strong background in implementing monitoring and logging solutions with Azure Monitor, Application Insights.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud environments on Azure.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
