Join our second line of defense team as a Business Analyst to drive the development and enhancement of a new unified platform for Risk and Compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, business users, and technology teams to translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as 2nd Line of Defense Testing workflow. Key responsibilities include eliciting and analyzing requirements, decomposing Epics into user stories, supporting data migration from legacy systems, modeling workflows for process improvement, onboarding new teams, developing test cases, and facilitating stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates have experience in risk management, compliance frameworks, large-scale data migrations, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance processes. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across departments are essential.
