Join our second line of defense team as a Business Analyst to drive the development and enhancement of a new unified platform for Risk and Compliance. Key responsibilities include eliciting and analyzing requirements, decomposing Epics into user stories, supporting data migration from legacy systems, modeling workflows for process improvement, onboarding new teams, developing test cases, and facilitating stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates have experience in risk management, compliance frameworks, large-scale data migrations, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance processes. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across departments are essential.

What you'll do

  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements for a new platform.
  • Support data migration by analyzing and mapping legacy system data to the new platform.
  • Decompose Epics into actionable user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria.
  • Model current and future state workflows, identifying gaps for process improvement.
  • Develop training materials and provide expertise for team onboarding to the platform.
