What you'll do

  • Serve as primary eDiscovery contact for internal/external technical teams and legal counsel.
  • Design and maintain reports on litigation portfolio performance across Legal Teams.
  • Support execution of eDiscovery, document collection, and legal hold workflows for third-party requests.
  • Develop and enhance processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements in data handling.
  • Maintain database information and custom tooling for tracking and exporting company data systems.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a tech-focused field.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading from various systems.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming and understanding of databases like MS SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting and communicating technical findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of legal tools such as Relativity and document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to peers and teams.
  • Experience with data encryption, security practices, and secure data transfer.
