What you'll do
Lead the implementation of standards and best practices for deploying applications in AWS.
Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient software architecture patterns adhering to industry standards.
Develop Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation templates and Python Lambda functions for automated builds.
Mentor junior engineers and present new ideas to leadership for continuous improvement.
Implement proactive monitoring and observability to predict and detect abnormal system behaviors.
Use shift-left approach to integrate security, testing, and performance in the development cycle.
What we're looking for
5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, and web services using Springboot or Apache Camel.
Extensive software architecture and systems design experience in cloud environments.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and CDK.
Strong technical expertise in AWS for application development and deployment.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD toolchains, and full stack engineering mindset.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and present new ideas to leadership effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or any related engineering field.
