What you'll do

  • Develop technically complex processes to enhance quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
  • Plan and implement procedures for the evaluation of upcoming iPhone models before release.
  • Travel internationally approximately 25% to collaborate with global partners on manufacturing projects.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in introducing products into manufacturing or high-volume production.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in planning, cost control, and delivery.
  • Direct experience leading mechanical, electrical, test, DFX, or other functional engineering teams.
  • Experience working with international OEM partners and traveling internationally (~25%).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, machine learning, robotic process automation, or quantum computing preferred.
