What we're looking for

  • Strong project management skills with expertise in planning, cost control, and delivery.
  • Direct experience leading mechanical, electrical, test, DFX, or other functional engineering teams.
  • Experience working with international OEM partners and traveling internationally (~25%).
  • Background in new product introduction and Manufacturing Operations.
