What you'll do

  • Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity research projects to advance technical assessment methods.
  • Develop and execute penetration testing methodologies for government customers.
  • Mentor and supervise a high-caliber interdisciplinary team in cybersecurity assessments.
  • Engage with industry communities through presentations and publications on mission and work.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in offensive security.

What we're looking for

  • BS degree in a relevant field with 8 years of experience or MS with 5 years, or PhD with 2 years.
  • Significant penetration testing experience; OSCP, OSCE, or related certification preferred.
  • Proven track record leading cybersecurity projects and managing technical teams.
  • Ability to mentor team members and develop high-caliber interdisciplinary staff.
  • Broad knowledge in technical cybersecurity assessment methods and red teaming.
