As a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Systems Engineer at our Littleton, CO campus, you will join the SPACE team as a senior-level professional responsible for developing and analyzing system level requirements using MBSE tools like CAMEO. Your daily tasks include coordinating with customers and contractors to execute verification analyses, organizing technical reviews, and supporting all phases of the program lifecycle from development through post-production. You will build successful teams by collaborating with internal stakeholders such as engineering and external partners including USG organizations, ensuring that engineering efforts are executed on schedule under the guidance of the Chief System Engineer. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong mission expertise and critical thinking skills to manage complex hardware and software development projects effectively.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of related professional work experience.
Working knowledge or experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using CAMEO or similar tools.
Experience with systems requirements, verification, development, management, and validation.
Current/Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, requiring US Citizenship.
Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and critical thinking skills in complex projects.
Strong mission and end-to-end systems expertise.
