You will define end-to-end DR and high-availability solutions, develop architectural blueprints, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance resiliency. Key responsibilities include designing automated fail-over mechanisms, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements, leading full-scale DR exercises, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed DR considerations early in the SDLC. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, storage, virtualization, and container orchestration is essential, along with experience with disaster recovery tools like AWS DRS, Azure Site Recovery, Zerto, Veeam, and IBM Resiliency Services.

What you'll do

  • Lead full-scale disaster recovery exercises and conduct post-mortem analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to embed DR considerations in the SDLC early on.
  • Drive continuous improvement by conducting risk assessments and capacity planning.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing DR/HA solutions for enterprise-scale workloads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP disaster recovery services.
  • Strong understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, Kubernetes, and database technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Advanced certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred.
