Leidos seeks a System Administrator to join their GIG Service Management – Operations II program in San Antonio, TX. What you'll do

Maintain and configure computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, document issues, and escalate as needed.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and active directory administration.
Monitor device health using management tools and respond to hardware issues.
Perform routine audits of all systems, including backups and security validations.

What we're looking for

BS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 2+ years of experience.
Active Secret clearance and DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNASecurity, GSEC, SSCP).
Expertise in Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu), Windows systems, and virtualization technologies like VMware.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and TCP/IP suite.
Experience with scripting/automation and server patch management methodologies.
Excellent customer service skills and oral/written communication abilities.
