What we're looking for
- MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience with 4+ years in hardware engineering.
- Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, frequency and power characterization, PPA analysis, tester-to-system correlation, and lab instrumentation.
- Scripting proficiency in Python/Perl; comfort in Windows, Linux, and Android environments.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data analysis tools like JMP or equivalent.
- Demonstrated use of AI/LLM-based tools for scripting acceleration, log triage, and data analysis.
- Experience building or deploying AI-assisted characterization, log analysis, or debug automation workflows in production silicon environment.
