What you'll do

  • Educate merchants on DoorDash Marketplace products to drive growth.
  • Manage complex sales pipelines and close deals for Marketplace upgrades.
  • Engage strategic decision-makers using data-driven storytelling to secure partnerships.
  • Promote adoption of marketing and merchandising tools to improve merchant conversion.
  • Guide merchants in optimizing their store pages and menus for better visibility.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to negotiate and close sales terms.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years selling to existing clients.
  • Proven track record in B2B and SaaS sales environments.
  • Experience leading an outside sales end-to-end cycle in a product-driven or marketplace setting.
  • Strong data skills with proficiency in Excel for creating data-backed narratives.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, align partners, and handle complex negotiations.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces, local commerce ecosystems, or merchant-facing tech platforms preferred.
  • Experience engaging strategic decision-makers using internal data to forecast revenue growth.
