What you'll do

  • Assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical systems for Starlink aviation products.
  • Install and repair Starlink enterprise aviation systems to comply with FAA regulations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues in real-time and provide feedback to prevent recurring problems.
  • Conduct various tests (vibration, shock, thermal) required for FAA certification of products.
  • Maintain product quality by adhering to strict specifications and standards.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year of experience in hands-on environments using various hand tools.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical installations, assembly, and repair for aircraft hardware.
  • Hands-on fabrication skills for harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies, and test stations.
  • Proficiency with electrical debug tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
  • Aircraft Electronics Technician (AET) or Certified Aircraft Electronics Technician (CAET) certification required.
