- Respond to and remediate production incidents by performing deep-dive troubleshooting and implementing permanent preventive solutions.
- Drive high-quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and attention to detail in engineering standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Navigate Federal and DoD compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and Impact Level 6 (IL6) for federal projects.
What we're looking for
- Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance required.
- Proven experience with FedRAMP and IL6 compliance frameworks.
- Deep expertise in architecting and deploying federal air-gapped environments.
- 6+ years of professional SRE experience managing production cloud workloads.
- Significant hands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration layers.
- Strong knowledge of both relational and non-relational database systems.
