As a Staff Software Engineer on the Walmart Marketplace team, you will lead the design and development of scalable distributed systems serving millions of sellers and customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) for backend services, React for frontend applications, Cassandra for data storage, and Kafka for event-driven architecture. You will also mentor senior and mid-level engineers, drive technical roadmap decisions, and collaborate with various teams to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of Marketplace services. What we're looking for
8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.

Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring senior engineers.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes.
