What you'll do

  • Set engineering standards and culture through reviews, RFCs, and raising the bar on code quality and reliability.
  • Build AI-powered guardrails for real-time invariant enforcement to scale correctness across expanding fund movement infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years experience in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
  • Proven track record as a technical lead influencing organization-level outcomes.
  • Expertise in backend programming languages like Go, Python, or Java.
  • Experience building infrastructure for multiple product areas simultaneously.
