What we're looking for
10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale production systems.
Proven technical leadership in scaling distributed systems in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on expertise with big data technologies including Flink, Kafka, and Spark.
Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in languages like Go, Java, Scala.
Experience developing, maintaining, and debugging open-source distributed systems.
Ability to operate autonomously with high ownership and a growth mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
