- Define technical patterns and reference architectures aligned with long-term platform strategy.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching sessions.
- Lead complex troubleshooting efforts for CMDB health issues and integration bottlenecks.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting SAM, ITOM, SPM, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Strong expertise in CMDB architecture, discovery, normalization, reconciliation rules, and CI lifecycle management.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, data imports, web services, event-based integrations, and Platform Analytics.
- Required certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant micro-certifications in SAM, ITOM, SPM, Reporting/Performance Analytics, IntegrationHub, or CMDB.
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
