What you'll do

What we're looking for

8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record as a principal or staff-level engineer.
Advanced proficiency in designing and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency distributed infrastructure using Python or Go.
Deep expertise in domain modeling, microservices architecture, and building highly reliable APIs for complex data flows.
Demonstrated success in navigating technical ambiguity and setting foundational engineering patterns in zero-to-one product spaces.
Experience as a primary technical point of contact across an organization, mentoring senior engineers to raise the engineering bar.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate legal or regulatory constraints into backend infrastructure solutions.
