What we're looking for
5+ years of experience designing and developing web applications, backend services, and data pipelines.
Strong Java/Java EE development skills with Spring Boot, REST/GraphQL API expertise.
Expertise in AWS cloud technologies for scalable, resilient system architecture.
Experience with streaming frameworks like Apache Flink and event-driven architectures.
Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, schema modeling, and data lakes.
Proficient in unit testing, TDD, test automation tools, and clean architecture principles.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
