What you'll do

Lead design and development of scalable cloud-native applications on AWS for claims processing platforms.
Implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including LLM integration and RAG architectures.
Write production code, conduct code reviews, and set engineering standards for the team.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

What we're looking for

6+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering complex enterprise-scale applications.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
Strong proficiency in Python or Java for building production-grade backend services and APIs.
Extensive AWS experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, ALB, Step Functions, IAM.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing strategies and secure coding practices.
