What you'll do

Architect and build production systems for AI/ML capabilities across two Growth teams.
Partner with ML org to productize AI/ML capabilities at scale, defining service interfaces and managing tradeoffs.
Design cross-team technical foundations like AI evaluation systems and content quality pipelines.
Set the technical bar by leading engineering practices that integrate AI throughout the SDLC.
Mentor engineers on both teams without direct management, deepening their technical skills.

What we're looking for

8+ years of product/systems engineering experience with a strong track record in production systems.
Cross-team technical leadership and architectural anchor experience on multi-team initiatives.
Working knowledge of ML/AI techniques including supervised learning, embeddings, ranking, LLMs, and evaluation methodology.
Strong track record partnering with ML/research teams to ship AI-powered features in production.
Demonstrated fluency using AI/ML tools like Cursor/Claude Code/agentic systems and validating AI-generated work.
