Join the Okta Developer Foundations team as a Staff Software Engineer and help scale our Continuous Delivery vision. Ideal candidates have over five years of experience with CI/CD release pipelines, Gradle, Bazel, Artifactory, Docker registry, NPM registry, and AWS services, along with coordination skills for cross-functional teams. Experience with mobile build infrastructure is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Build high-quality tools and automation to support continuous delivery and developer productivity.
  • Design and implement Continuous Delivery pipelines for various projects using multiple technologies.
  • Provide technical input by creating Proof of Concept, influencing technology choices, and reviewing designs.
  • Roll out deliverables in phases, monitor adoption, collect feedback, and fine-tune projects based on internal needs.
  • Support pre-prod infrastructure in AWS, including monitoring, backup, restore, SLA management, and cost control.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD release pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Proficient in Gradle, Bazel, Artifactory, Docker registry, NPM registry.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services and supporting tools for cost control and environment management.
  • Ability to design and implement Continuous Delivery pipelines using multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Strong coordination skills for cross-functional task completion across engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
