What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade backend services and distributed systems
  • 5+ years of backend development in modern languages (Python, Node.js, Java) with REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices architecture
  • 3+ years building scalable cloud-native platform services using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
  • 2+ years of technical leadership including mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions
  • 1+ year experience with LLM integration, AI application development, and model orchestration
