What you'll do
Lead end-to-end automation execution from process analysis to deployment and hypercare.
Design and implement agentic automation patterns using Automation Anywhere A360 and UiPath.
Write clean Python code for integration into automation solutions, including API integrations.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the Automation CoE.
Translate complex business requirements into secure, reusable, high-impact automation solutions.
Architect end-to-end automation solutions adhering to enterprise standards and best practices.
What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in process automation/RPA delivery.
Deep expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and UiPath or Power Automate as a senior/lead developer.
Proficient in designing agentic automation patterns, integrating Python and APIs into solutions.
Strong technical skills in architecting end-to-end automation solutions and understanding complex systems.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to work with diverse enterprise teams.
Current Automation Anywhere certifications or equivalent UiPath/Power Automate qualifications preferred.
