Staff Product Designer, Growth

What you'll do

• Lead through ambiguity by turning broad business problems into clear design strategies.
• Drive end-to-end growth work, shaping the broader engagement system beyond single features.
• Shape high-visibility experiences across Reddit-owned and partner surfaces with strategic intent.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes using coding tools to de-risk complex ideas before implementation.
• Present multiple design directions confidently to senior leadership, supported by data-driven insights.
• Maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design while raising standards for the organization.

What we're looking for

• 8-10+ years of product design experience in growth or high-scale consumer tech environments.
• Proven ability to operate at a Staff level, driving impact beyond single teams and influencing broader portfolios.
• Proficiency in prototyping via code using tools like Cursor for building functional prototypes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of craft, systems thinking, and measurable impact on core growth outcomes.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills for senior/executive-level reviews.
• Comfortable working in an environment defined by rapid iteration, A/B testing, and pivoting based on performance data.
