What you'll do

• Design intuitive and efficient user experiences enhanced by AI for Adobe's content marketplace.
• Develop interaction frameworks for multi-step, tool-using AI workflows within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Rapidly prototype ideas using sketches, high-fidelity mockups, and direct prototyping with large language models.
• Advocate for users by integrating customer feedback, research insights, and data analytics into design processes.
• Lead through design by inspiring teammates and fostering relationships across product partners at Adobe.

What we're looking for

• 8-10 years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design with a track record of success.
• Expertise in prototyping tools like Claude Code, Figma, Cursor and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly.
• Ability to prototype directly in code and contribute to production implementations alongside engineering teams.
• Proven history of collaborating closely across design, product management, software development, and users throughout projects.
• Experience solving complex design challenges using systems thinking and facilitating brainstorming sessions effectively.
• Preferred: Accessibility design skills including WCAG conformance criteria application and relevant certifications.
