  • Drive supplier development and qualification efforts for injection molding plastics.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s expertise in polymeric materials.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of industry experience with thermoplastics, adhesives, foams, and organic materials in product development.
  • Proven expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles for thermoplastic and adhesive materials.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organic material properties, processing, and characterization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot materials-related challenges in design and production.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying material requirements and justifications to diverse stakeholders.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and fast-paced environments.
