  • Deep expertise in modern frontend and full-stack development, including strong opinions on user experience and technical skills to implement them.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in software quality and performance across multiple teams.
  • Experience influencing technical direction and driving alignment across multiple teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating a compelling technical vision to various stakeholders.
