Join the People and Places team as a Staff Data Scientist where you will lead VOE analytics end-to-end, driving strategic people research on topics like the future of work. You’ll design innovative pulsing methodologies, apply AI and NLP to unlock insights from employee sentiment data, and partner with stakeholders to ensure these insights translate into actionable improvements in the employee experience. This role requires expertise in survey design, sentiment analysis, and organizational research, along with hands-on experience in modern AI and NLP techniques such as text analytics and LLMs. You must possess strategic vision, scientific rigor, and the ability to adapt fluidly between priorities while maintaining quality across multiple workstreams.

What you'll do
