  • Define KPI frameworks and success metrics at the Business Unit and Intuit Group levels.
  • Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, including scoping, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Influence product and technology direction as a technical leader and domain expert.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in network capacity planning or operational forecasting.
  • Deep expertise in data science, analytics, and applied statistics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Generative AI tools.
  • Strong experience with experimentation, causal inference, and KPI development.
  • Proven ability to influence strategy and decisions beyond immediate team.
