What you'll do

Own the technical roadmap and make architecture decisions for the Loyalty SDK.
Design and evolve scalable, reusable mobile platform components for operational excellence.
Architect Kotlin Multiplatform solutions to maximize shared business logic across platforms.
Lead incident response and conduct postmortems for critical software issues.
Mentor junior engineers, contribute to hiring processes, and promote best practices.

What we're looking for

7+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant focus on Android development.
Demonstrated experience building, shipping, and maintaining Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) modules or apps in production.
Strong experience in designing highly scalable and fault-tolerant mobile applications using Kotlin.
Deep knowledge of modern Android toolchain, Jetpack libraries, architecture patterns, and testing methodologies.
Proven ability to lead large-scale technical initiatives such as modularization, CI/CD for mobile, performance optimizations.
Effective communication skills to explain complex technical subjects to various audiences including non-technical stakeholders.
