What you'll do

Design and implement a formal business data layer in dbt to centralize and reconcile GTM metrics.
Develop automated data reconciliation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of critical reports and dashboards.
Mentor team members, establishing best practices for data modeling, testing, documentation, and code review.
Lead investigations into complex data anomalies, conducting root cause analysis and communicating findings effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and maintain alignment on key business metrics and data definitions.

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in analytics engineering or related field.
Advanced SQL expertise and hands-on dbt data modeling and pipeline orchestration.
Proven ability to partner with stakeholders for defining and documenting critical metrics.
Experience implementing robust data quality frameworks using dbt tests, CI/CD.
Strong technical communication skills and mentorship abilities across various audiences.
