What we're looking for
MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related quantitative field required.
7+ years of industrial experience in Machine Learning, including 3 years as a technical lead.
Proven expertise in designing and deploying high-scale ranking pipelines in production.
Strong background in multi-objective optimization and managing competing business/user goals.
Experience with survival analysis, time-series forecasting, or sequence-to-sequence modeling.
Ability to translate business goals into rigorous mathematical objective functions.
