What you'll do

Define, drive, and maintain overall quality strategy for VisionOS platform.

Provide mentorship and guidance to other quality engineers on the team.

What we're looking for

7+ years of software quality engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
Hands-on experience building and scaling test automation frameworks.
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership in an agile environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across various stakeholders.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, machine learning, and data science teams.
Proficiency with software revision control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
