What you'll do

  • Design and develop software tests to ensure high-quality IT project implementation.

  • Document software defects using bug tracking systems like JIRA or Rally.
  • Identify and recommend new QA technologies and efficiency improvements across projects.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members in quality assurance and software development practices.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of post-baccalaureate experience in software quality assurance and test automation
  • Expertise in SQL programming for database testing and validation
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Rally, or Confluence for project management and tracking
  • Experience designing and implementing test plans, scripts, and procedures
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic QA planning
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Behavior Driven Design (BDD) processes
  • Skill in identifying and recommending new QA technologies and automation tools
