As a Senior Security Engineer specializing in Identity Architecture & Solutions within Adobe’s Enterprise Security organization, you will lead the technical direction for scalable identity and SaaS security capabilities. Your daily tasks include engineering zero-trust access controls using RBAC+ABAC standards, hardening privileged access by right-sizing entitlements, setting up SaaS security posture monitoring, and instrumenting metrics collection for risk management. What you'll do
Engineer Zero-Trust access controls using RBAC+ABAC standards for workforce and service identities.
Harden privileged access by right-sizing entitlements and eliminating long-lived elevated access across platforms.
Stand up SaaS security posture monitoring tools and define baselines for M365, Slack, GitHub, Workday, Google.
Instrument identity metrics collection and publish dashboards for privilege drift, misconfigurations, and access sprawl.
Contribute to architecture & standards by authoring implementation guides supporting a multi-year strategy.
What we're looking for
Depth of experience with enterprise identity controls and solutions like Entra ID/AD, Okta, SailPoint.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, least privilege model, and Identity governance administration (IGA).
Skills in securing large SaaS tenants using M365, Slack, GitHub, Workday, Google, including Authn/Authz.
Ability to influence and collaborate with key partners in IT and security teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for complex problem-solving.
Technical lead experience in enterprise environments required; 10+ years relevant experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience necessary; Master’s degree preferred.
