Sr. Procurement Manager, AI Enabled Analytics

What you'll do

• Partner with data science teams to operationalize AI solutions end-to-end.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analytical problems for insights.
• Develop visualizations and narratives to communicate analytics effectively to stakeholders.
• Design and deploy advanced analytics models to analyze spend, forecast demand, and evaluate suppliers.
• Apply data science methodologies to drive cost savings and mitigate supply risks.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines using orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Embed AI insights into core procurement platforms for real-time decision support.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience or higher equivalent education/experience level.
• Extensive knowledge and application of procurement principles, concepts, best practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in managing technology integration projects for procurement platforms like ERP systems and e-procurement solutions.
• Track record of leading cross-functional reengineering efforts and process improvement initiatives.
• Superior communication skills with experience translating data into strategic business recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects across a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes including risk assessment and onboarding.
