What you'll do

Manage IT project execution for data engineering and analytics to meet budget, schedule, and scope.

Conduct rigorous analyses of pharmacy claims, medical claims, and other data to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure high levels of data quality in enterprise data warehouses through stewardship and remediation efforts.
Collaborate with Business, Operations, and IT teams to understand requirements and research data anomalies.

What we're looking for

5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or related IT field
Expertise in IBM Relational Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and Salesforce Administration
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, and SQL
Experience with SAFe Agile Methodology for project management
Strong skills in data modeling, analysis, and stewardship
Ability to translate business needs into analytic questions and develop Tableau dashboards
