What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
- Five years of engineering experience in manufacturing, project management, or equipment design.
- Three years of experience supporting equipment projects from scope definition to production ramp-up.
- One year of experience with machine safety requirements and risk assessments.
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills for technical issues during FAT, installation, startup.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including suppliers and plant personnel.
- Experience in automation, mechanical systems, web handling, winding principles, and process integration.
