Senior Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement machine learning solutions to automate pharmacy operations and enhance patient care outcomes.
• Conduct feasibility analysis using Snowflake data warehouse for proposed ML initiatives, assessing data availability and quality.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with the Lead Data Scientist to scope specific ML projects in pharmacy operations.
• Develop and optimize feature engineering pipelines tailored to pharmacy-specific use cases and automation needs.
• Implement diverse machine learning approaches on Azure cloud infrastructure, including deep learning models and reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Conduct systematic model evaluation and selection through experimentation in Jupyter notebooks, ensuring optimal performance.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience designing and implementing machine learning solutions for pharmacy operations
• Conduct feasibility analysis using Snowflake data warehouse for ML initiatives
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with Data Scientists for pharmacy-specific projects
• Implement diverse ML approaches including deep learning, gradient boosting, neural networks, and reinforcement learning
• Develop and maintain Kubeflow pipelines for model training and deployment on Azure
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and pharmacy safety standards
• Collaborate with Data Engineering team on infrastructure requirements and data pipeline dependencies
