What we're looking for
5+ years experience in business analyst or data analyst roles supporting commercial or healthcare teams
Proven expertise in building interactive dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Server/Online
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com for CRM management and process improvement
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling techniques
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple stakeholder requests
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analyses to non-technical audiences
Experience with medical devices, healthcare services, or life sciences industries
