Senior Electrical Engineer, Launch Vehicle Integration

What you'll do

• Own the electrical definition and technical readiness of launch vehicle dispenser configurations.
• Review and maintain electrical design for flight dispenser systems developed by third-party partners.
• Validate electrical designs for both dispense and ground support equipment to ensure performance meets requirements.
• Provide technical direction on partner-designed electrical hardware, firmware interfaces, and harnessing throughout development.
• Perform comprehensive electrical analyses across flight and ground systems including power distribution and signal integrity.
• Design auxiliary electrical checkout hardware and test configurations necessary for integration and launch operations.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex electrical issues during hardware integration, testing, and launch campaigns.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering within aerospace or defense industries.
• Proficiency in designing and interpreting complex electrical schematics.
• Experience with PCBA CAD design tools and performing detailed electrical analyses.
• Hands-on experience with electrical power delivery, harnessing, and lab equipment.
• Strong background in reviewing third-party designs for compliance and qualification completeness.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements flow-down, verification planning, and configuration control.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing across multiple engineering and program teams.
